Download and install the latest antivirus software and learn how to keep your software up-to-date. Manage your email attachments, interpret Virus/Worm-generated messages and find out the best solution for unwanted email messages, called spams. Learn how to backup important files and install a personal firewall.
This is a prerequisite for other workshops.
